"Ali", my first Malamute and my best friend. She has a wonderful temperament and is the welcoming committee at Kotuko, happily accepting all people, and dogs and puppies of any sex or breed into our yard. Ali is the first bitch and youngest Malamute (at age 12 months) ever in Australia to win a Best in Specialty Show (entry of 107), the first bitch to be inducted into the prestigeous AMCNSW Hall Of Fame and the first Malamute bitch in Australia to be awarded a CACIB. Ali has 2 major Royal Best of Breed wins, 3 major Royal CC's and is a multiple Class in Show winner. Now at 13 1/2 years of age (and festively plump) she still enjoys her walks and the odd 'fence fight' with the dogs next door.
